Mary Celeste's Story
Hello, all! I live in Racine, Wisconsin in a small 1 1/2 story house that is mine! All Mine!!! Paid it off after only 19 years.
My religion is Unitarian Universalism, and I am a religious humanist and charter member of my congregation.
I have taught for six years, burned-out of that, became a security guard just to pay the bills, and then a Main-Frame Computer Operator for ten years. Mental illness (depression) took over after that -- thank goodness for Social Security Disability Income!

different children in my care for a few hours up to three weeks. My eldest was 16 and my youngest was 17 months (mother and daughter). My kids have had autism, sexually offending behavior, developmental delays, been medically needy, teen parents, kids summarily kicked out of another foster home, family groups that needed to give the parents a short break, and a run-away from Kentucky who ran away from me and took another foster child with her. (They were back by midnight, cold and hungry.)
Kinda funny for me to become a foster parent at the age of 56, having neither married nor raised children, huh?
